Grey and white dots on gums? - dots in gums

I have gray and white area of the gums raised at the top. They are painless, and I noticed that right before you get an appointment with the dentist.

I have the signs of the HIV / AIDS will have white lesions anywhere in your mouth.

I never had sex or what they think secual with someone else.

Anyway I'm not 100% might sowhat amalgam tattoos?

My teeth and an end to the root in the mouth before pulled, but that was long before this point.
I am now very worried.

Points gray, white or red can occur for many reasons, not just HIV / AIDS. It seems you do not really worry (of a sexual point of view, anyway). You can be an injury or treatment of diseases that you had with the tip of the root (if it) in this area. The best advice I can give is to consult a dentist as soon as possible. Catching things too early is the key to their treatment. There is no way to know without checking. Monday appointment and try not to make too much thought.
