Finding lost life insurance policy? - importance of life insurance
It is a policy of life insurance, which has done by my father when I was still 3rd He left me for a half-brother of my God. He will pay the full amount of life insurance and it was a life long, is expected to close later in 2010. He died suddenly in April, which was not in a position to give us the details, he mentioned that to my uncle and some others, but never significant in the details. We found no documentation or anything to this policy, we are kind of confusing. There are some important things missing in the real world (it was very, very well in secret and without a paper trail) in any case we are sure that something is there, but we are at a loss when they are seeking.
A person who can best help in a direction to achieve this recovery?

You need a lawyer, but would be a good starting point, the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). They have a national database, the data in the insurance industry, the world can access. The problem you run into is that they are very specific directions in which such information because of privacy and may have confidentialty open.
